SMM Specialist
We are looking for a skilled SMM Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- 1,5+ years of experience in Social media marketing or other relevant marketing positions
- 1+ year of working with foreign audiences (USA, Europe)
- Expertise in major social platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit)
- Familiarity with social media ‘best practices’ — user-oriented content, engaging posts, tactics aimed at long-term growth
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to build goal – and sales-focused social media strategies and campaigns
- Skilled in content creation (visuals, copy) and copywriting
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and working with marketing metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and management of content creators
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Pinterest Ads and Facebook Ads (from setup to generating leads).
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Launch campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest
- Produce and share engaging content; research competitors and markets
- Collaborate with influencers/partners and manage follower interactions
- Report weekly/monthly on activities and results
