We’re seeking a Quality Control Manager for Customer Service to join our team!

A large US home furniture center that offers renowned solutions from many brands for customers’ comfort. Started in New York, this company managed to gain partners across the USA. This network allows the furniture merchant to keep prices low and deliver throughout the country.


  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, Training, or relevant role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English


  • Develop quality standards, including creating and implementing quality monitoring evaluation methodologies that support improved customer experience 
  • Review phone calls, tickets
  • Match the quality of the call to the company, policies, and procedures
  • Establish and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Working with the team to improve overall quality
