We’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong automation expertise and a passion for building high-quality software. In this role, you’ll own both manual and automated testing efforts and help define and evolve our QA strategy as the product scales.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as QA Engineer
  • 4+ years of experience in automation QA
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript testing practices
  • Strong experience in testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or other E2E testing frameworks (Cypress or Selenium)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar)
  • Ability to design and execute manual test cases (functional, integration, regression)
  • Upper – Intermediate English level

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with performance or accessibility testing
  • Knowledge of BDD practices
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured, etc.)
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Previous experience in a QA Lead or QA ownership role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual test cases (functional, integration, regression)
  • Develop and maintain automated E2E tests using Playwright (TypeScript)
  • Define and drive the QA strategy and overall testing approach
  • Collaborate with developers, POs, and designers to align on quality goals
  • Create and maintain test plans, test data, and QA documentation
  • Log, track, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Perform cross-browser and responsive testing
  • Support release validation and UAT with stakeholders
  • Mentor QA engineers and promote QA best practices
  • Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage
