About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and result-driven Sales Team Lead to drive and scale the company’s sales globally.

This role goes beyond traditional sales — it involves designing and executing an effective sales approach, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, optimizing performance, and ensuring strong collaboration with Marketing, Recruiting, and Delivery teams.

The Sales Team Lead will also actively manage key clients and achieve personal sales targets, leading by example and showing the team how success is done.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B IT sales for Tier 1 markets, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline analytics
  • Experience in consulting, outstaffing, or outsourcing sales cycles and long-term enterprise deals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot or similar) and sales automation tools
  • Solid understanding of market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market models for IT service companies
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, including C-level presentations
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Implement a transparent reporting and KPI system to track progress and ensure predictable growth
  • Manage the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align outreach, campaigns, and conversion strategies
  • Work with Delivery and Recruiting departments to align sales opportunities with available resources and client needs
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new regions (primarily the US)
