Summary

Business Challenge
For the client’s recruiting team, every candidate review began with pulling together information from CVs, job descriptions, email, and internal records. Recruiters verified the details, checked for duplicates, and prepared a consistent profile before deciding the next step. Candidate handovers, approved rejections, and client-facing CVs each required further checks and documentation.
Vacancy copy also had to remain consistent across hiring channels, while recurring policy and internal AI tool questions added to HR’s daily workload. The company needed an AI HR assistant solution that could reduce preparation time, keep outputs tied to verified sources, and log actions under its existing approval rules.
What We Did
WiserBrand configured the AI HR assistant around the client’s recruiting and employee-support workflows, connecting WBella to approved data sources, systems, and communication channels.
1
Evidence-Based Resume Review
WBella compares CVs routed to the workflow with active job descriptions and produces recruiter-ready summaries. Each review covers must-have matches, gaps, stop factors, seniority, language, location, and missing data, with every finding tied to source evidence.
2
Candidate Routing and Rejections
The assistant checks for existing candidate records before creating a new entry. It prepares candidate profiles for recruiter assignment and routes candidates approved for rejection through the predefined workflow. Profiles still under recruiter review remain unchanged, and every action is logged.
3
Vacancy Management
The assistant drafts job descriptions and adapts vacancy copy for the careers page, specialist IT job boards, professional networks, and role-specific recruitment platforms. It monitors published listings, flags outdated or conflicting information, and prepares market insights for sourcing and future vacancy updates.
4
Employee Support and Skills Updates
Using approved internal documentation, WBella handles routine policy and workflow questions. Private, unsupported, and exceptional cases are escalated to HR.
Employee data retrieval remains read-only and permission-based. When a profile is created or refreshed, WBella extracts technical skills supported by the employee’s current CV. After approval, it updates the relevant skill fields and logs the changes.
5
AI Tool Guidance and Prompt Coaching
WBella provides employees with verified instructions, FAQs, and training materials for internal AI tools. It also reviews prompts for objective, context, constraints, reference materials, expected output, verification criteria, and sensitive-data handling, then provides three practical recommendations.
6
Built-In Human Oversight
Human oversight is embedded in every workflow:
- Recruiters and hiring managers retain responsibility for candidate decisions.
- External communication and write actions follow approval rules or predefined workflows.
- Candidate findings are based on verified source evidence.
- Missing information is clearly marked.
- Access follows role-specific permissions.
