Senior Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

You will develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve the company goals.


  • experience in a similar vacancy of 5+ years;
  • understanding of the IT industry and software development life cycle;
  • experience with CRM (Zoho is preferable);
  • ability to plan your work time and work in a team;
  • experience in generating leads;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English is a must (both spoken and written).


  • defining the data for ICP and buyer persona for the target locations/countries;
  • determine the sales strategy (on what geo and what commercial terms), conduct the process of concluding a deal from A to Z;
  • search for new contacts using different channels;
  • communication, negotiating with clients;
  • coordination of negotiations with clients;
  • daily communication with the team;
  • daily maintenance of the CRM (Zoho);
  • knowledge of our competitive advantages among competitors;
  • being able to analyze competitors;
  • attending networking parties and events;
  • active LinkedIn management.
