Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to become a vital part of our team.

You will spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on generating leads and driving business growth through strategic communication and relationship building.

At Opinion Corp (part of WiserBrand), we boast 15 years of experience in customer service and consumer advocacy. Our flagship platform, PissedConsumer, is a leader in the field of online review and complaint platforms, facilitating crucial communication bridges between consumers and brands across the Western market.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a similar vacancy 
  • Strong communication skills & 1-year experience of business communication
  • Experience in lead generation at LinkedIn
  • Basic understanding and experience with CRMs (any of CRM, Zoho is +)
  • Upper-intermediate level of English is a must (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage communications through our chat system and transition seamlessly to voice calls to optimize lead conversion
  • Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls to build relationships and close deals
  • Strategically manage the LinkedIn account, targeting and messaging potential leads from selected companies
