We’re opening another one office in Latin America. That’s why we’re looking for a Recruiter role.
- experience in IT-recruiting about 2-3 years;
- knowledge of modern sourcing methods;
- ability to manage several vacancies at the same time;
- successful experience in filling tech and non-tech vacancies in the field of IT;
- technical literacy: knowledge and understanding of the IT industry, development technologies, to be in the trend of a new tools of sourcing, recruitment;
- fluent or Bi-Lingual English level.
- active and successful filling of tech and non-tech positions;
- compiling a job description and planning a sourcing strategy;
- communication with hiring managers and candidates;
- responsibility for the recruitment process at all stages of the vacancy (from the application to the exit of the candidate for a probationary period);
- labor market monitoring.
