Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in IT-company or recruitment agency as a Researcher or relevant position;
  • Intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of IT area/market;
  • Ability to learn fast;
  • Passion about recruitment and HR;
  • Attention to details;
  • Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search;

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of some searching tools or platforms;
  • IT Recruiting Courses;

Responsibilities:

  • Improve and automate the candidate’s selection process;
  • Search for new contacts and Candidates;
  • Implement new research techniques;
  • Database maintaining;
