At the moment we're looking for a customer support representatives who will be able to work with the system of our clients, who operates in the US furniture selling business, and become a part of his expanding customer support team.

Requirements:

  • English level Upper Intermediate +

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to customers via phone, chat and email;
  • Ensure best quality of the services provided to the clients;
  • Be able to work with the data entry systems;
  • Collaborate with the development and claims departments;
  • Evening shifts (from 15:00 to 24:00 Ukrainian time with taxi compensation).

Soon enough we grew into a business process outsourcing company equipped to execute development, digital marketing, customer support, and outstaffing projects for clients all over the globe. We have 2 development and support offices here in Kharkiv with about 90 people in total.
